Welcome to the very first edition of the spi·ti·kó newsletter! 🎉 We’ve been meaning to do this for a while, and we’re excited to have a space to share updates, new treats, and everything happening in our little bakery.

Every order fuels our passion for baking and keeps the spirit of home-style Greek baking alive.

Something New in the Oven... 🍋

We’re always experimenting with new flavours and ideas to bring you the best homemade treats. The latest addition to our menu is a deliciously soft and zesty lemon cake! 🍋 Moist, flavourful, and with just the right amount of sweetness—it’s quickly becoming a favourite. If you haven't tried it yet, now’s the time! We are also in the process of adding a walnut cake (καρυδόπιτα). A very special cake that is very special to me, but that story is for the next newsletter issue.
